December 9, 2025 - We've made two changes to better accommodate our community and create space for important strategic planning.
New AGM Date: January 13, 2026
We've moved our Annual General Meeting from December 2 to January 13, 2026 (11am-12pm CT) to add a strategy session beforehand. This gives us time to align on priorities before the new board term begins.
Extended Nomination Period
To generate more interest and give more members the opportunity to participate, we've extended our Board of Directors nomination deadline. Nominations are now open through December 30, 2025 (14 days prior to the election date in accordance with our bylaws).
About the Open Positions
Four Board of Directors seats are available with 2-year terms starting January 1, 2026. The time commitment is roughly 4-8 hours per month, including bi-weekly board calls, committee work, and community engagement.

- Annual General Meeting: January 13, 2026, 11am-12pm CT (candidates may present)
- Voting opens: Immediately after the AGM
